Pacing 
We know some of the movements may seem strange and funny to you. As you experience the improvements you will understand the logic and the value of the exercises.

It is important that you do the movements slowly.

If you feel the trainer's instructions are too fast for you, please do not worry. You can always click on the Backward arrow "<" to repeat the last sequence (with some browsers the click back will take you 2 sequences, so you'll need to click Forward once ">").

If you know an exercise and you would like to go faster, all you need to do is press the Space Bar and you will be taken to the beginning of the next sequence.

Please make sure you do small movements. Whenever in pain reduce the movements even further or do them in your imagination.
 
Scheduling reminder hours 
You can now schedule to receive the reminder email at the hour of your choice (to coincide with lunch breaks, for example) all you need to do is the following:
 
Simpler passwords 
We are aware of the fact that automatically generated passwords can be particularly difficult to memorize. You may choose a simple password for you to remember (cell phone number, for example) as long as it has at least 6 characters.
